Becoming a Charter Member of Beautiful Art Babies for You requires that you create life-like babies and observe good ethics and customer service. Membership is reserved for serious artists who want to succeed. Please apply ONLY if you are serious about growing and improving your art.
Charter Member Artists are monitored to assure the quality of their work is consistent with acceptance to the guild. If any Artist is found to receive excessive negative feedback, does shoddy work, or does not uphold the reality of the babies created, they will be removed from BABY. Customer satisfaction of 98% or higher must be maintained in order to remain a member in good standing. Customer satisfaction falling below the required 98% will be evaluated on a "case by case" basis.
Artists belonging to the guild are those who genuinely love the art, and are dedicated to creating the most realistic of babies to satisfy the most discerning of customers. Our artists are committed to exceptional quality and detail, creating such perfection and realism as to capture the heart of those who behold their creations.
Artists of BABY practice the principles of integrity, excellence, and dedication. Charter Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. This includes interacting with customers, and buying or selling on ebay. Please remember, the behavior of each Charter Member affects every other member's reputation and business success.
Active participation is expected from all members. This includes participation in Guild discussions and polls, and efficient completing of projects and work being done for the Guild.
Charter Members are required to have at least 12 months of experience in reborning and a minimum of 20 positive verifiable customer feedbacks from reborn buyers. Please be aware that in order for the Acceptance and Review Committee to evaluate your application in a fair and impartial manner, ALL of the required items must be made available to them. There can be NO exceptions. It is far better to include all items a month from now, than to submit your incomplete application today, and have your application for Charter Membership denied. Please also be aware that even though you submit all required items, not everyone is accepted the first time they apply.
* Note*: If you are thinking about "padding" your length of time reborning to make your application look better - I.e. Saying you have been reborning 2 or even 3 years, when you have been reborning less than a year - Don't Do It !! The truth in that kind of information is easily discovered and will be a strike against you - possibly even dismissal of your application without further consideration.
If you are interested in applying for Charter membership, Beautiful Art Babies for You, please follow the instructions below carefully. Failure to comply with all of these requests exactly as stated will result in immediate dismissal of consideration for charter membership. Should your application be denied on the basis of failure to comply with our application requests, reconsideration for acceptance of Charter Membership may be submitted no sooner than three months after denial notification.
Please supply the following:
1- Your name and address
2- How long you have been reborning
3- The name and URL of your website
4- Your eBay user ID, if you sell on eBay
5- 20 positive verifiable customer feedbacks from reborn buyers
Please supply links to the following photos to fairly evaluate your work. These are not "optional" photos. These are required. They must NOT be attached to your application but must be uploaded to your picture host or be made available on a special page of your website
1- Large, clear photos of 2 or 3 babies without clutter in the background (cropped photos)
2- Full body shots to include at least one of the baby unclothed
3- Close-ups showing the face and hair from various angles
4- Close-ups of hands and feet
Remember, failure to comply with all of these requests exactly as stated will result in immediate dismissal of consideration for charter membership. It is far better to include all items a month from now, than to submit your incomplete application today and have your application for Charter Membership denied. Should your application be denied on the basis of failure to comply with our application requests, reconsideration for acceptance of Charter Membership may be submitted no sooner than six months after denial notification.
